An engineering studio that ships, then shows the numbers

Based in Siliguri, working wherever the problem is. Everything on this site was built by the team that describes it.

What is PrasAI Cloud?

PrasAI Cloud is an AI-first engineering studio based in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. It builds AI-native web products, n8n-based automation systems, AI marketing production, and ANPR access-control systems for founders and institutions across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and the United States.

Where we work from, and who for

The studio is in Siliguri, West Bengal. That has never limited the work: the first international engagement was a United States client, delivered across roughly 12,000 km and a ten-hour time difference — six service lines and seven pages, none of them from a template. Clients are in India, Nepal, Bhutan and the United States, and the distance has never been the hard part of a project.

What we build

Four lines of work: AI-native web products, automation and growth systems built on n8n and custom code, AI marketing production, and ANPR access intelligence. They overlap constantly — an automation usually needs an interface, and a web product is worth more when the work behind it is automated — which is why scoping starts with a conversation about the operation rather than a menu.

How we work

Four steps, always in the same order: learn how the operation actually runs, build against that rather than from a template, test it and publish the numbers, then keep it running and say where it stands. Most projects go wrong because someone skipped straight to building. Typical time from start to a live deployment is under 14 days.

Why the numbers on this site are small

Every figure here was measured against something running, which is why some of them are unflattering. Campus GPT's refusal accuracy first came back at 0 out of 10 — it answered questions it had no source for. That was root-caused to a prompt-shape mismatch, fixed, and re-measured at 90%. The 90% is on the site and the 0/10 is in this paragraph, because a studio that only publishes its wins is not telling you anything you can use.

What we won't do

Template builds, when a page builder would genuinely do the job — we would rather say so than take the money. AI added because it was on the brief, when ordinary software is the right answer. And numbers we have not measured. The Lab section exists because some of the work is unfinished, and saying so is cheaper than being found out.

Thirty to forty-five minutes on how your operation actually runs, and a written summary afterwards — whether or not we end up working together.
