This site does not collect anything about you as you read it. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no cookies of our own. Two things are exceptions and both are described in full below: the booking page carries a live calendar from Cal.com, and the education section has a form for requesting a session. Neither does anything until you use it. What follows is the whole of it, not a summary.
What we collect when you visit
Nothing. This site runs no analytics package, no tag manager, and no advertising or social pixels. We do not know that you visited, which pages you read, or how long you stayed — with one exception, covered next, on the booking page only.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every web host does — typically the requesting IP address, timestamp, and page requested. Those are generated by the infrastructure rather than by us, we do not analyse them, and we do not combine them with anything else.
What is stored on your device
One item, only if you use the light and dark toggle: your theme preference, saved in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is readable only by this site on your own device.
Clearing your browser storage removes it. Nothing breaks if you do — the site falls back to your system's light or dark setting.
What happens when you contact us
If you email hello@prasai.cloud, call +91 9475599744, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send and we keep it so we can reply and, if we work together, deliver the work. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at that same address. If we are working with you under a signed agreement, that agreement's terms sit alongside this page.
If you book a call
The calendar on our booking page is Cal.com's, loaded directly into that page rather than linked elsewhere. It runs on that one page only — nowhere else on this site loads anything of theirs — and it sets their cookies in your browser as the page loads.
What you enter into it — your name, your email address, and the time you pick — goes to them and reaches us as the booking. We treat it exactly as we treat an email from you: we keep it to reply and to do the work, and we add you to no mailing list. Their privacy policy covers what they do with it on their side.
Would rather not load their calendar at all? Email or WhatsApp us instead, from the links on that same page, and we will arrange the time by hand.
If you request a session
The education section has a form for asking us to bring a session to a school, college, or organisation. It asks for your name, your institution, your email address, and what you would like covered. Nothing is sent until you fill it in and press send — opening the page, or even opening the form, transmits nothing.
Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, a form service that forwards the message to our inbox. Your answers pass through their systems on the way to us and are held there briefly in transit. They set no cookies here and run no code on this site; the form is ordinary HTML and contacts them once, at the moment you send it.
What reaches us we treat exactly as we treat an email from you: we keep it to reply and to arrange the session, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share it. If you would rather not use the form at all, the same details by email reach the same place.
Client projects are separate
This page covers this website only. Systems we build for clients handle data under those clients' own policies and under whatever we agree in writing with them — including data processing terms where a project calls for them.
