Why not a template
Our first international client came to us having already paid for a template build — the same layout every other client of that agency received, with a different logo on top. It looked fine and it sold nothing. A stock theme is cheap to start and expensive to live with, because the thing you eventually need it to do is the thing it was never shaped for.
What gets built in
Structure for search, images in a modern format with real alt text, and the full legal set live on day one rather than promised for later. The Eddelact build went out with six service lines and seven pages, none of them assembled from a builder.
