This is the first step of how we work, not a sales call with a different name. We spend it learning how your operation actually runs — and you get a written summary of what we heard, whether or not we end up working together.

- You run something real — a business, an institution, a team — and a specific part of it is manual, slow, or breaking.
- You want the thing built for your operation rather than a template with your logo on it.
- You are the person who can decide, or you can bring them.
Probably not yet if
- You are comparing quotes and need a number before a conversation. We cannot give one honestly without the first step.
- You want AI added because it is AI. We will say so on the call and neither of us gets the time back.
Nothing prepared. If you already have a document, a spreadsheet everyone works around, or a screenshot of the thing that annoys you most, bring it — but no deck is expected.
